When i turn my car on it idles way to high, in between 2000 and 2500 rpms but isnt steady. I haven't figured out any tricks to get it to stop but once it does shes fine. anybody knows what it could be

A vacuum leak can cause a high idle. Do you have a vacuum hose loose?
