I have a Civic 1998 DX and the car does not has the AC system, will a 1995 civic AC fit on my model ?

To elaborate further, you would require more than just the AC compressor and expansion tank, plumbing, etc. You would need to check your 98' to see if it has a fuse and relay spot as an option and all the wiring and controls which an aftermarket kit should supply like the above comment added.
