car wont start

my car is a 1998 honda civic lx and it wont start. it has a brand new battery, spark plugs and wires, ignition cotrol moduel, and coil pack for the start, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, clutch saftey switch, fuel relay but it still wont start i was told i might be the starter relay or if there is one anywhere on the car but a spark plug relay? im not sure but ive been trying all these new parts and it still does the same thing. it wants to start but it seems like it just dont have enough spark maybe or something

I'm assuming the car cranks but doesnt start? another assumption, is it a manual?
