No brakes (pedal to the floor)

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have bled my entire brake system four times after
replacing master cylinder (bench bled), wheel
cylinders, calipers, rotors and new brake pads.
When I bleed each brake they do not stiffen, just
little bit but when I check the bleeder to see if the
tubing I have on it has any air bubbles there is
none. My pedal is firm when the car is off but once
I turn the car on the brake pedal goes all the way to
the floor easily and does not firm up even after
pumping it. Anyone know what this could be?

It is a new MC, i grabbed a reverse pressure bleeder and have done a bench bleed on the Master Cylinder on all four wheels again, the pedal feels hard when the engine is off but when i go and turn the engine on the pedal just goes to the floor and feels very soft

Check that the rear inner pad nipple is aligned with the grove in the caliper piston recess.

some people won't agree with this but it does work sometimes, if your sure all your parts are installed correctly [you rear pistons are aligned properly, your rotors are clocked right, you dont have rust behind the rotor] you can try opening all the bleeders and depressing the brake pedal hard a few times and then letting the pedal up slow. after you do this go around to each corner and re bleed. ive had to do this on a few different makes/models.
