In the underhood power supply fuse and breaker panel there is a little metal bar connecting the leads from the battery to an identical looking lead to the starter, have you power on both of those? Are you using a test light or voltage meter to trace the power from the battery to all locations ? What happens or what sounds do you hear when you turn the key to the start position ?
