No that only means the stereo is disabled because the battery went completely dead for too long of a time usually. The stereo code has nothing at all to do with the car not running. What do you hear and feel from the car when you turn the key to the start position?
Just a basic click that's it the starter doesn't even turn over and it only click the first time you turn it after that nothing at all.
That would normally indicate a bad battery. Have you tried jump starting it with cables from another car?
