Where are the screws to looswn the mirror? They either on the inside or outside, if they on the outside, you need to remove that plastic cover first, then unhook the wires if you got power window option, and take it off and replace with the other. Its not rocket science, just paitence and delicacy. And dont take it off unless you already have the replacement or if you dont know what you are doing, go see someone who does.

Hope you're not offended by this BUT.... This is an elementary level job as far as automotive tasks are concerned. If you are unable to simply look at that mirror and reason it out, you should have it done....SERIOUSLY!
