When you turn the ignition to the on position, are all gauges working? Is the check engine light on? Have you checked the battery and the connections (terminals? Are they clean and tight?

Sounds like dirty or loose battery cables. Check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. Check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight.

sorry it does crank just doesn't start everything is secure and fuel pump won't turn on we check the cable plug to the pump and it doesn't have power

Ok. Have you checked fuses. If there's no power to the pump, must have a bad fuse or relay.

unless theres a hidden fuse/relay box besides the one under the hood and under the steering wheel column, then yeah they all seem to be fine

yellow and orange cables from ignition wiring don't get power when cranking but do have power when keys turned not cranking.
