my girl friend ran over something in her 2012 hyundai accent now shes leaking
transmission fluid and her car wont move while in gear

Have the car towed to a shop. Hopefully the transmission wasn't damaged while running without fluid. It could be as simple as a trans line or hose, but if she cracked the case, she will need a new transaxle. If that is the case, I would suggest she put in a claim to her insurance company. A new trans is thousands.

Jack it up, support it safely and inspect for damage. If the GF is leaking fluid take her to the ER ;)
