Why does my elantra has water leaking inside whenever it rains or I take it to the car wash??

Yes, I have had my 2003 hyundai elantra checked for a windshield and
firewall, cowl for water leaking and they have yet to find out where the water
comes in, it shows right under my dashboard

Couple of ideas. Plugged evaporator line under dash. Possibly clogged drainage pan if applicable between hood and windshield. Louver would have to be removed to check for clogged drain holes. I am leaning towards the second idea. :D Good Luck!
