My accord will not start. I replace my starter twice. I think it is my belt but the mechanic insists he must fixed the starter. I took the starter back to autozone and they said the starter was good.

I would stop replacing the starter and replace the mechanic. They should be able to pinpoint exactly why it wont start without 'guessing' its a starter...
