Can't compress break caliber

I went to change the breaks on my 05
hyundia Elantra and I can't compress the
caliber with a C clamp my step dad said I
may need a special tool to screw the caliber
back down please help thank you

If you can align things to press the center of the caliper piston, then it should compress. If it needs more force than that, you may have a seized/stuck caliper. Don't install it or you will have overheated brakes and warped rotors. If those are the originals, they are plenty overdue to lock up on you and ruin your day. Replace both sides and the hoses too if you want it done right.

Yaa I had it on the center opend the cap I was able to get it to go down a littel bit using a vice grip but it won't go down all the way so you think I should just replace the whole caliber then and thank you.
