My battery light came on and my battery is
only about 6 months old while I was driving
my power steering went and my abs light
came, I just made it to a parking spot and
it died, got a jump but I'm afraid if I drive
back home that while I'm driving the power
steering will go again. What could have his
be?

Answered you, but anyway, the alternator is not working, You can have it checked out, but probably needs replacing, and put a battery charger on the battery to get it charged back up. It should be ok.
battery light comes on when alternator is not working
when ur battery light come on, that means, ur alt. is bad, specially if your battery is somewhat new, most batteries have a 5 year life. do this small test have someone junp start the vehicle once is running disconnect the battery. car should stay running if car dyes your problem is the alt. good luck. email me if any other questions.
Battery light is coming on because the vehicle has ben running off of the battery juice, until it is discharged. Not a good idea on these newer cars to be pulling a battery cable off to see if it still runs. If the alternator was working, you could blow all kinds of things if they were turned on. Best to get it running and check with a digital multi meter at the battery to see if there is 14.5 DCV. If there is then the alternator is charging.
So what if you got a new battery and a new alternator then what ?
I put a new alternator and new battery but when I put light on my battery get flat
Hello Given, New alt And New battery, there is two things come to mind, your serpentine belt is loose, when you put the new alt the adjustment on the belt is not correct. 1,- make sure your battery is fully charge 2.- check the serpentine belt for correct tightness 3.- check make sure you have a good alt. Alt could be bad from the get go. Good luck.
My battery light just came on and sometimes it squeals what does that mean
