1996 Accord 4cyl v-tec "5 Speed Manual"

What is going bad when you push the clutch in but when key turns only a click.. I have to move clutch in & out to get the motor to turn over. Is there some kinda nuetral safety
swith that goes bad on these??
My battery and starter are good.
Only other thing i was thinking it can be is the solinoid on the starter if there is one on these..not sure ima a SBC guy, but love this car..
Any help would be much appreiacted,

Probably a problem with the interlock switch. I'm not extremely familiar with these cars, but I would pull off the panel on the bottom of the dashboard and check if there is a switch similar to the brake light switch on the clutch pedal and see if it is stuck or loose.
