I have a 96 honda accord ex 4 cylinder vtec i just replaced the head gasket and it started ideling high and thought i fixed that until today car will turn over but not start?

Spray some starter fuild as you try to start the car. If it starts then you have a fuel delivery issue...

Also check vacuum lines, if one is not connected or have a leak, it would idle high,
