Fuel system

Asked by CarsTy Jun 20, 2019 at 10:14 AM about the 1996 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought the car after sitting up 3 years, runs great. After
running for awhile, it begins to stall out, like it's not getting
gas and eventually cuts off. I put a treatment in it and let it
run till it cuts off. The fuel filter is my next step, What else
could be an issue?

Yes, a new fuel filter would be a good next step. And with fuel sitting that long, it has no doubt collected moisture. When the tank gets pretty low, fill it up to dilute the questionable fuel that's in there.
