96 Honda Accord brake light issues

Asked by senoreric Apr 23, 2014 at 07:51 PM about the 1996 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 96 Honda Accord and the brake lights remain on, even after the lights and the car have been turned off. Me and my dad replaced the brake switch and they still remain on. Any ideas on this?

I have the same problem I replace the switch and it working fine now . You need to adjust the switch until the light turn off , also check for a plastic stopper that part it the one to press the switch on and off
