High beams and low beams DO NOT turn on.
My high beams and low beams are not working. When I turn the witch to the on position,
everything turns on but the bulbs do now turn on. My fuses have been changed. Put new
bulbs on and that is not the problem. One side did work but it went out a couple days ago
when I was checking it. So now I have no idea what the problem is.
Did you touch the glass on the head light bulb. If you did then that can cause the buld to blow prematurely. check the bulbs just to be sure. if the filament in the bulb looks fine then you could have a bad switch, a bad ground or bad wiring at the connectors, also check to see if the connectors are burned.

true but there's only one headlight relay which controls both headlights. in the question it was stated that one side did work and the other did not. I would still check the relay but it does not seem like that would be the culprit.
