What us the name of the cover?

Beneath the cowl grill of the 2015 Elantra, there is an opening that allow air to flow into the ac vents. Does this opening have a cover to it? It looks as though there was something covering that opening with clips and mines is missing.
Whenever the rain falls it is believed that water comes through this opening and causes the sensor to shut down the ac. So if there is a cover for this opening, can someone send a picture of it or say what it is called and perhaps where to find one?

Do you or anyone have a picture of this grill? I really want to know what it looks like. Or does anyone know the official name of it?
