So we changed the fuel regulater and the other piece that
goes with it. When we start it...it sounds fine for a minute
or two then it start to sound like it is starving for fuel. Then
it dies. We have also changed the hoses.

try starter fluid in the throttle body see if it keeps running . Could be week fuel pump problem
MagicDragon1974 answered 5 years ago
That didn't work. No fuel is getting to the vacumm line. But goes to all other points before that

You tried spraying starter fluid in the throttle body while cranking the car and it did not start and run? correct ? Then you have an ignition problem ( no spark to the plugs ) are you sure you have fire to the plugs or not?

It will start but won't stay started...we have spark...we check that day one. It will run for about a minute but it starves for gas.

if it starves for gas it should run correctly while spraying starter fluid in the throttle body. Just answer the question does it run correctly while spraying starter fluid? Just for the sake of argument pretend there is no fuel in the tank just using starter fluid only. While spraying does it run correctly?
