One week at the shop with dealership contacting Hyundai support and still no resolution. They have now changed out the PDM (Power Distribution Module). The instrument Cluster comes on but car does not start yet. Support has suggested replacing the Steering Column Lock. Waiting on part!

Update! 10 days in the shop and finally they figured out that the Steering column lock needed to be replaced. 5 hours or labor plus two parts (PDM and SCL) = $1600. Have my car back.
