Vehicle falsely advertised

Asked by Brett Jan 30, 2024 at 08:01 PM about the 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Premium AWD

Question type: General

My car was sold to me with the advertisement saying it was Blue Link
capable when, in fact, the dealer knew or should have known that it was not.
I would like to recover the add so that I can prove this.  I bought the car on
1/26/2024 and the add was just only removed yesterday.  I can provide all
details as to VIN, add, salesman's name etc.  Please reach out to me. if only
to send me the archived add/

You can Google the VIN and the Dealer's ad may pop up. But as Ed said, your problem is with the selling Dealer. Cargurus is an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Let this be a lesson to you. Always make sure the vehicle has the features you want before you buy. If this was a long distance purchase you should have had the vehicle inspected by a professional inspection company before you decided to buy. I've used lemonsquad.com for my long distance purchases with excellent results. Sorry for your disappointment! Jim
