yes, it should fit, you might need to do some minor adjustments tho

what minor adjustments should they be? i know for one the transmission should be changed... should i chnge my ECU too or am i good with the s300? my friend told me that i should have the new engine horizontally mounted if ever...there would be a lot of rerouting wires and pipes for that...
nope horizontal is BS unless you are putting on an f20 tranny into an s2000 as that horizontal is for a rwd car and no your ecu wont work neither will the wiring harness go to www.hybridracing.com they sell swap kits to put k series motors into just about anything Honda wise. yeah you need new tranny, shifter linkage from an rsx, swap header, ecu, rsx axles or possibly specific swap axles as d series have different spline count on hub and tranny end, motor mounts, new rad and swap hoses, throttle cable, possibly new clutch line blah blah blah basically hard to reason such an expensive swap but check out hondatech.com to see what other people have done
