my 96 Honda,the the speedometer will jump a little while driving and car stalls

my 96 honda Civix DX -the lights flickers ,dash and headlights flickerspeedometer jumps a
little while im driving it and it stalls out,whats wrong?

I would check, clean and tighten all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor.
