Why do i have no spark in my plugs?

i have a 96 civic ex automatic, was just driving one day and it just quite on me,
hasnt ran since. im getting no spark in my plugs. ive replaced the timing belt,
crank sensor, knock sensor, water pump, new distributor, new plug wires, new
spark plugs, new ground wires and some more. Im still not getting any spark
on my plugs, please help!

Sorry for the late reply was at work. I did find the problem it was a bad ECU. Thanks for the help and your time I appreciate it!
