Hi, so your trouble begins when your car is HOT, i have already have this kind of trouble and for me i have change the MASS AIR FLOW, your check engine light is ON OR OFF ? If no check engine light and you loose power would say that your loose oil pressure so i maybe your oil pump or do you have a timing belt or a Chain because if you have a timing belt and you never change it i would begin to change the timing belt and the timing belt run the oil pump because if your timing belt is loose and came hot your timing belt don't have enough pressure on the oil pump and water pump and others important pieces of your engine and if your timing belt broke your valves will collide with your pistons.
