I am not there to drive it myself, but maybe it's a misfire, fuel issue, or something else. Did you scan for the trouble codes? A cheap OBDii code scanner is $20. If it has issues and your trying to buy it. I wouldn't. Find a nicer vehicle that doesn't require additional work that might snowball into a major repair.
