Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Hyundai Santa fe 2005 is having trouble
switching gears from first to second and then
while I'm in park the car starts to shake and the
other day my rpm gage stopped working. What
should I do and what's wrong with it??

Honestly? I would start saving up for another car, this time not a Korean one. If the transmission is going out the car is probably not worth fixing.

My boyfriend thinks it might be the spark plugs because it feels like it's not getting enough power also my rpm gage is acting up it will work then not so idk what's going on with the car

Spark plugs are not expensive so I suppose it is worth a try but they won't fix your transmission. Beware of throwing parts at it without a diagnosis!!!
