Do I need a new temperature sensor?

I have a 95 Honda Accord and while driving my car will just stop running. None of my
gauges will go out, I have a full tank, my check engine light just comes on and after a few
minutes I can start it back up and just go. As the weather warmed up the fan will just kick
on, even if I haven't driven it in several days.

my cooling fan turns on even though I haven't driven my car in days. I don't have a scanner, trying to get one but my fan shouldn't run because it reached 60 degrees outside.
