Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1995 honda accord ex has a head gasket problem, plus im pretty sure i have a rod broken plus other not so major engine problems. I could replaced the motor myself or have a repair shop rebuild it but what would be the better route

Definitely cheaper to get a used motor. U can usually find a good motor for about 600 and if want to rebuild looking at double that number minimum plus the fees to remove and install into the car
