Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello there, I have a 95 cd5 Honda accord vtis, now
it stalls while driving, it used to start back up again
but now does not, engine light comes on and car
just dies, doesn't sputter or cough it she just dies,
and ignition off and back on, unless engine light
goes off car won't start, will turn over but won't fire,
I have replaced sparkys and leads, new main relay,
new cap and button, new coil, new ignition module,
new fuel pump, exchange ecu ( engine light goes
off with exchange ecu but still no luck,) new
ignition switch, barrel and all new key, car does
have immobilizer but its factory and there is no key
signal on the dash at all, if I leave ignition on for
20mins, engine light will go off and it will start,
when running, if I turn my lights on, engine loses
rpm, about 750 to 600, tells me its electrical, can't
find anything, have checked and rewired all the
earths I can find but still no luck, what am I
missing, please help, anyone got similar issues?

Plus there are no codes coming up other than engine light doesn't block at all which tells me its code zero which might be ecu but exchange ecu had no luck
