I'm trying to replace the window regulator but I
can't raise the window glass up to remove the bolts
holding it to the regulator how do I get the window
up in order to remove the bolts

You have to remove door panel (inside side of the door , usually holds by plastic pins ) and You can lifted by hands

I have removed the door panel I've tried to lift it by hand but it's all the way down and it's not moving up and I can't get access to the nuts to loosen it from the window
