I just recharged my ac and it blew real cold air then
the next day in the dead heat I start my car to cool
off and it's blowing warm air.when I took off it
started to blow cold and then returned to warm air
.what would cause this

A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean coils with garden hose and nozzle. If radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also so that you can get good air flow to condenser.
