I have a 95 Honda Civic dx hatch. I changed the ac
compressor charged it up after installing it I ran it
for 10 mins to make sure it was good came back
and it had froze the line going to where you charge
it and froze the compressor frost all over. Stopped
blowing air. Now every once in a while it will work

Might have restriction in system such as a stuck expansion valve. Would also check the Schrader valves for leaks and being seated properly. Your going to have to get some gauges to see what pressures you have at operating temps. Your needed pressures will vary with ambient outside temperatures. Hoping you pumped down the system and replaced the receiver drier as well if not that may add to issues. Good luck!

If the system wasnt pumped down and brought into vacuum after replacing the compressor then moisture and other things have gotten in causing a restriction in the system.
