1995 Honda civic died while driving, wont turn over.

My 1995 civic died on me while driving on the
highway, it'll crank but won't turn over. Fuel pump
is turning on, and i put on a brand new ignition coil,
wires and plugs an it still wont start, any
suggestions? Could the main relay power the fuel
pump and not the ignition/starter?
