My kia Rio is overheating. I checked the
fuses and relays, even cleaned them up for
better connection , the fans work but for
some reason the car won't cool down when
running. Anyone else having this problem?

Hmm first thing I would do is make sure fan kicks in. Make sure there's not pressure build up in radiator hose (if there is check thermostat). Radiator could be blocked (you can check with digital thermometer) if none of these things. Follow steps for head gasket check

yES MOST OBVIOUS PLACE TO LOOK IS THERMOSTAT IF IT IS NOT OPENING WHEN HOT THE WATER WI,, NOT CIRCULATE THROUGH THE ENGINE.CHECK THE RADIATOR HOSES AFTER 10 MINUTES OF RUNNING IF IT FEELS HARD THEN PRESSURE IS BUILDING BECAUSE OF NO CIRCULATION REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT AND ON YOUR WAY.
