need info on a compatible transmission

I have a 2000 ford expedition Eddie Bauer edition 4x4 and the transmission just
went out on it but the 4x4 was already not working in it so is there a 2wd
transmission that is compatible with my vehicle and do i go from there.

No. 2WD transmissions are different from 4WD transmissions so they are not interchangeable. You need a numbers matching 4WD transmission for a plug and play swap. Or rebuild the one you have.
