Car won't crank

I started my car drove about 5km coming down the
hill almost to the junction the engine went off I
started again it started and off again tried again it
started and off again and after that it can't crank. I
put new battery still can't crank.I check the starter
relay no grounding so I put a grounding it cranks
but can't start.

It got half thank fuel and it's diesel with 41000km. I suspect of the anti theft system. Really need ideas since am staying in a island of Fiji and no Kia Motors work shop here

Sorry for late reply. No lights blinking. It can't crank. Everything is fine and got new battery too. I put my diagnosis tool it says ecu not responding
