Why does my 94 Honda accord accelerate on park
when I turn off the AC?

Your car moves when in "park"? If so have a transmission shop look at it ASAP.

No it doesn't move. It accelerates on its own (rpm goes up and down) when i turn off ac.

the AC idle compensation valve turns off , idle goes down =normal
