95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening. Sometimes, it will start but now it hasnt. I do NOT have money to fix it...hence, just bought it with my last $800. ANY help will be appreciated!! 2 Answers

I have a 1995 Honda Accord and it's been setting for a year or 2. I replaced the battery and I've never had a problem in the past to start it. But now it won't start it really tries very hard to start, but it won't turn. can ANYONE please help me???? could it be the distributor cap ????? My 1987 Honda Accord DX surges when you get to about 2000-2500 rpm. I've replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and both fuel filters.
