Was the thermostat changed out when you did all this? If so and it's still overheating there may be air trapped in the system. Air pockets can cause issues and sometimes are really difficult to remove without vacuum coolant tools. The radiator or overflow bottle cap should be pressure checked too. Some parts stores will loan some of these tools If you go through that and no change do a compression test on the engine. Good Luck!

Try bleeding air from system like this remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle you will notice level in tank start to rise this is normal once thermostat starts to open level in tank will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on.
