Idle issues

Idle is irregular. Starts, idle normal for a bit
then gets irregular. opened the bleeder
valve for coolant and filled until it started
coming out then closed it, took off the fast
idle thing and took the white ring down
snug, not too tight but tight, visually
checked vacuum lines, un did the air idle
from the car, didn't undo the coolant lines
from them, it was pretty clean then put it
back on snug. There is a small crack in one
of the bypass hoses but it only leaks or
opens when you move it so the way it's
bent is keeping it shut.
