crossing polarity's bad M kay , , check the "mega fuses " by the batt. hopefully that's all , but there's a whole host of things that could have been damaged , a code reader and multitester would be useful
Other than the mega fuse you may also have to check the fusible links on the battery cables.
what damage was done to my sorento 11 when the battery cables were crossed for 4 seconds. will not start
