WHEN I SHUT MY CAR OFF THE FAN KEEPS RUNNING.  RAN UNTIL THE BATTERY DIED, FROM 4:15PM UNTIL 9:30PM.  WAS A NEW BATTERY.

Sounds like you have a stuck fan relay.

plz check the fuse box , behind the battery, all fuse places are mentioned, although you can change the relay with other same capacity relay to check.
