My 2000 Ford explorer won't idle and chuggs at stop lights. Just started out of the blue. Ran codes only oxegen sensor. Wont hardly idol. Help.

Change your O2 sensor and clean or replace your Mass Air Flow Sensor. Idle is set by the computer. So if your sensors are reporting too much or too little airflow your idle will be off.
Try doing things which cause little money. Clean the throttle body thoroughly. A net video will show you how. Next, take into consideration the length of time since your last tuneup. If you have a multi meter, check the resistance of each plug wire and the coil itself. These "how to" can be found on the internet.
