the fuse is good at fuse box but there is no current with a test light only at that fuse , the big fuse or relay under hood is good and light comes on with a test light the heater blower wont turn on

Check to see if you have power at the heater switch and if it has power coming out when switched on.

thank u for the information but where is the heater switch located are u talking about the switch on the dash controls or something on the blower motor itself if so I didn't see motor under passanger side dash where is that located
