Question type: Maintenance & Repair

19993 Honda accord. The car sat for about 2 or 3 years then I gave it a tune-up changed all fluids put new gas in it. It started right up, I let run for about 30 mins. I tried to start it again the next day it would not start. Here is a list of things i have change on it fuel pump, main relay, ignition switch.  still same problem. When I try to start it, the ecu fuse blows immediately then the engine just rotates but no start.

You have a dead short either in the ecu or in some of the wires going to or from it more than likely. It is also most likely from rodent damage to the wires from sitting for so long.
