My 1993 civic has burnt
a hole in one of my
exaust valves on my #3
cylinder for the second
time ,I just did a valve job
on it about 4 months
ago. What is causing this
to happen.

U can order 1 replacement valve at partsology.com I haven had an issue with their quality or service. U can also order another head gasket kit from them also.

So I buy a gasket kit and a valve of course, then should I clean and test my injector and look for a vacuum leak ?
