What does the error code "10" mean on my explorer cd

The Cd play takes and ejects my cd just fine but then I get an ERROR 10 message.

biggest problem is burning your own CD,s.problem is the cd,s themselves.doubt their is anything wrong with your system.

When this first happened I thought that might be the problem but I get the same mesg. with any commercial cd too.
OK,unhook your battery for about 5 min,it will reset your radio.

well I tried disconnecting the battery but I still get the error code 10
OK that did not work.only thing I can really tell you is to take it (your vehicle) to a independent radio dealer,they can clear it up for you.
