1993 Honda civic pooring white smoke from exhaust

Just bought the car a week ago it ran
perfect no smoke out of the exhaust or
anything for 4 days. Then my brother
noticed it was low on oil added 2 qrts I
didn't even make it a block before I had to
pull over car was filled with smoke I
couldn't see its not leaking it was fine until
we put oil in i now I can't even drive it

Be sure it's not overfull..that is just as bad as low on oil. When too over-full, the crankshaft will dip in to the oil in the pan and whip it in to a foam like a blender. And that means no oil pressure and the PCV will try to pull the air out of the crankcase like it's supposed to do...but will be pulling oil out as well, and in to intake, and out exhaust

I pulled it up on tamps drained some of the oil and the smoking almost stopped drive it around the block a fee times and left it running trying to burn out all the extra oil in the exhaust. Started it again and drove it barleynany smoke:)

you have a blown head gasket. That's not white smoke, it's steam. stop driving or you'll have more problems.
